Wyndham Business Awards 2026
On Friday 16 October 2026, Wyndham City Council named Nanak Accountants & Associates the winner of Excellence in Professional & Business Services at the 30th Wyndham Business Awards.
A record 177 businesses entered and 53 were shortlisted. We were the only accounting firm among them – and we walked away with the win.
We started in 2020 as one person working from a garage in Melbourne’s west. Every client since has come the same way: someone trusted us, then told a friend, a brother-in-law, a workmate.
This recognition belongs to our clients across Wyndham, and to a team that does the unglamorous work every single day.

The independent judging panel was particularly impressed by our use of technology – custom-built CRMs for staff and for clients, a strong website, and a balanced approach to automation that makes life easier for clients while keeping the service personal.
They also highlighted our commitment to documentation and Tax Practitioners Board compliance from the first day of client onboarding, our technical knowledge and innovation, and our strong advocacy for clients when dealing with the Australian Taxation Office.

On the night
The 2026 winners were announced on Friday 16 October at the 30th anniversary Gala of the Wyndham Business Awards, run by Wyndham City Council. The Excellence in Professional & Business Services category was presented by Kenstra.
Star Weekly presented us with an Extra:Extra front page on the night. It now sits with the trophy at our Truganina office, where clients are welcome to come and see both.
